A body-first approach to wellness in New York City

My journey into wellness began after my third low back flare-up in just six months.

 

From the outside, everything looked stable. But physically, I felt disconnected from my body and knew something needed to change.

 

I began questioning what my future would look like if I continued to push my body aside. I had two choices: continue ignoring the signs or completely rethink how I cared for my body.

 

I chose the second path.

My Path Into Pilates & Wellness

That decision led me deep into movement, strength, and body awareness. What started as a personal healing journey evolved into a deeper passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and supported in their bodies.

 

My approach is grounded in education, intention, and respect for where each body is today, especially for those navigating pain, stress, aging, or long hours sitting at a desk.
