A body-first approach to wellness in New York City
My journey into wellness began after my third low back flare up in just six months.
From the outside, everything looked stable. Inside my body, it was clear something needed to change. That moment shifted my entire perspective.
I began questioning what my future would look like if I continued to push my body aside. I saw two options: stay where I was and slowly watch my body feel worse each year, or completely change direction and make my physical health the priority.
I chose the second path.
